How to give your feedback?

Complete the Department of Justice Online Feedback Form or print the PDF form and send it to the address below. Any information you provide will primarily be used to respond to your feedback for the purpose of improving our services.

Providing Feedback in other Languages

If you require assistance with interpreting your feedback you can contact the Interpreting and Translating Service NT via their website or phoning on (08) 8999 8802.

What you can expect

  1. We will send an acknowledgement in writing of receipt of your feedback by the next available business day.
  2. If your feedback requires a response we will either telephone you or write to you within twenty (20) business days.

*Acknowledgement of and response to your feedback may take longer if translation is required.

When not to use the Feedback form

This feedback form is strictly for the use of providing feedback to the Department of Justice (DOJ) in the division of Licensing, Regulation and Alcohol Strategy, all other feedback for Northern Territory Department of Justice agencies you should contact the respective division of the Department of Justice.
