Complete the Department of Justice Online Feedback Form or print the PDF form and send it to the address below. Any information you provide will primarily be used to respond to your feedback for the purpose of improving our services.

What you can expect
- We will send an acknowledgement in writing of receipt of your feedback by the next available business day.
- If your feedback requires a response we will either telephone you or write to you within twenty (20) business days.
*Acknowledgement of and response to your feedback may take longer if translation is required.
